MARC HEIMAN joined R+R in 2005 as President and Chief Operating Officer. The first non-family member to join the executive team, he became owner and CEO just four years later in 2009. With more than 20 years of experience under his belt, Mr. Heiman has managed over $5 billion in projects. His expertise spans all facets of the construction process across all industry segments, and his career has been distinguished by a record of visionary leadership. Undaunted by construction challenges and unconditionally committed to excellence, Mr. Heiman is widely recognized and respected as a force in the industry.

As CEO, Mr. Heiman is charged with carrying out R+R’s mission to bring a distinctively client-centric and streamlined approach to the construction marketplace. He sees to the firm’s financial health, develops and administers its business strategy, and upholds its prestigious 100-year reputation. Mr. Heiman sets the tone for a company culture of consummate professionalism, scrupulous execution, and full accountability.

DAVID BROWN joined Richter + Ratner in 2006 as Project Manager and now serves as the firm's Executive Vice President. David has over 20 years of diverse experience in the construction industry, with special expertise in pre-construction planning and project execution. Thorough, methodical and organized, David personifies Richter + Ratner’s “detailed” approach. His expertise, innovation and insight in the design, development, implementation and management of construction projects and process is highly regarded and his problem solving ability is unparalleled.

His role is to oversee construction operations and translate plans into action. His strong focus and project goals provide a foundation for success that exceeds scheduling and budget goals. David prides himself on his commitment to hands-on professional attention, including sorting out day to day issues and leading the team to successful project completion again and again. He exemplifies Richter + Ratner’s ability to deliver high quality building while maintaining project parameters.

David graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management.

MARK GACCIONE is a seasoned construction professional with 28 years of experience experience in the construction industry. His commitment to integrity and quality is second to none, and his expertise extends throughout all aspects of the construction process.He has successfully overseen multiple large-scale projects in various market sectors. The skills and knowledge he’s accumulated over the course of his career are an asset to any project.

His role at Richter+Ratner is to provide oversight of all field operations, management and direction of Superintendents and all field employees. He ensures that all resources of the company are managed and coordinated in an efficient and professional manner on all projects, in order to perform work within the budget and ahead of schedule.

Mr. Gaccione has proven himself as an effective builder. Having started his career in the field, he fully understands each task and has been instrumental in developing many R+R’s tools and processes for the successful management of complex construction projects. Mark’s field experience along with his years spent in all levels of project management enables him to act as a liaison between project management and the field team to ensure seamless communication in order to meet project schedules and owner expectations.

ANATRACEY HAWKINS joined Richter + Ratner in 2015 as Vice President of Strategy & Development. She defines and implements R+R’s marketing and growth strategies, and maintains relationships with prospects and clients. Her responsibilities include cultivating work opportunities in the commercial, multifamily, institutional, ground-up and interior fit-out markets.

She previously served as vice president of marketing for a major regional construction firm and co-founded SNY-Newtown, a business development consultancy for the AEC industry. Her work as a marketing executive follows a successful career as a TV host, personal branding consultant, and facilitator for such luxury brands as Ferrari, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Trinity Yachts, and Prada. She also served as a sales executive for Mondrian Residences/Morgans Hotel Group.

AnaTracey grew up in New Zealand in a family of real estate developers and construction entrepreneurs and studied quantity surveying at Unitec Institute of Technology in Auckland. She is a director on the board for the Young Leadership Council of Boys Town New York.
